The name, Salon, dating back to the Danish golden age, speaks of parties where literature, art, music and politics were often at the centre of lively conversation. Today, you can always stop by for a glass of wine and delicious snacks in the wine bar. For lunches and dinners, the kitchen offers classic Danish and French cuisine. The menu and wine list range high and low, covering everything we loves.
